for detecting viruses and other malware, delivering proactive protection
against zero-day threats and attacks. It features anti-spam protection,

roles as well as a number of technological improvements, including:
- Improved antivirus and antispyware protection, based on the
ESET NOD32 Antivirus v4 engine
- Anti-Stealth - technology to
protect against rootkits

techniques to verify the legitimacy of incoming messages and block
unwanted ones at the mail server
- Both preset and customizable
anti-spam profiles to provide the desired balance between detection and
performance

target ESET Mail Security
- Transport layer scanning - improved
scanning of the email database
- Performance monitoring and
statistics with graphical visualization
- Mailbox-specific rules -
