If you currently have an active ESET Cyber Security subscription, it will continue to provide the usual protection until it expires. No immediate action is required on your part.
When it's time for renewal, you will be given the option to convert your license to the ESET HOME Security Essential subscription tier. This ensures the continuity of your product and protection. This transition will not result in the loss of any features—instead, you will gain additional features and improvements.
Please note that to activate your protection using ESET HOME Security Essential, you need to register your device with your ESET HOME account. You can easily do this by following these simple steps.
You can install ESET Cyber Security by following these simple steps:
1. Visit the download page and click the “Get started” button.
2. Log in to your ESET HOME Account and click on the “Protect device” button. If you cannot see your subscription in the account, you can add it by clicking “Add subscription.”
3. Download and open the installer file and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are just about to buy the multiplatform solution, please follow these steps:

2. Receive an email with your license key
3. Choose and download the products you want
4. Install and activate them using the license key from the email

You can install ESET Cyber Security Pro or ESET Cyber Security on your MacBook Pro. You can choose either ESET Cyber Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus for your Windows PC. ESET Mobile Security can be installed on your Android smartphone or tablet. You can also use ESET Parental Control for Android, if you want to protect your children or ESET Smart TV Security, if you want to protect your smart TV.
One copy of ESET Multi-Device Security can cover up to five of your devices. You should choose the number of devices at the first stage of your buying process. You can easily check license usage via our License Manager at my.eset.com portal.
No, but you can have a free trial of any individual ESET product, contained in ESET Multi-Device Security, for 30 days.
