ESET to showcase Internet Security Solutions in Asia’s largest communication technology event CommunicAsia2013

Starting Tuesday, June 18th– 21st, 2013, ESET will exhibit at “CommunicAsia” – Asia’s largest communication technology event at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. ESET will showcase its latest security solutions for Consumer and Businesses at the ESET stand. These will include ESET Smart Security 6 with ESET Social Media Scanner, ESET Cyber Security Pro and ESET Endpoint Solutions for business customers. ESET stand is located in the Basement Hall (stand BS3-07).
Singapore – ESET, a global pioneer in proactive protection for more than 25-years will join Asia’s largest integrated info communication technology event – CommunicAsia2013 from 18th – 21st June, 2013 to be held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. ESET will showcase its security solutions for consumers and business Segments, including ESET Secure Authentication and ESET Mobile Security.

Moreover, ESET’s researcher Sieng Chye Oh will be presenting security issues concering the Android platform entitled “What Keeps CIO’s up at night.” The presentation will take place on 21st June 2013 between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (SGT) at Marina Bay Sands, Sands Expo and Convention Center, Hibiscus 3603.
ESET Secure Authentication is another addition to ESET portfolio of solutions protecting company data in the age of mobile technologies. While ESET solutions for mobile devices protect data on smartphones, ESET Secure Authentication provides secure access to company networks from mobile devices. It is a client/server system where the server provisions the one-time-password and the client displays it. The user can then use this unique password to authenticate and log into a supported system.
ESET will feature a line of products for business customers as well: ESET® Endpoint Security and ESET® Endpoint Antivirus. In addition, ESET will showcase its Version 6 home products for Windows users - ESET Smart Security 6 and ESET NOD32 Antivirus 6. Thanks to the updated engine the new generation of home products delivers even greater detection of infiltrations, improved cleaning and faster scanning. The all new ESET Social Media Scanner application that comes standard with both products helps protect against Facebook threats.
ESET security solution for Mac - ESET Cyber Security Pro - comes with parental control, allowing parent oversight of children’s activities while online. The security app also protects the user’s online identity while shopping or banking. The users can opt to allow or block all incoming and outgoing connections of selected applications, services or port numbers.
