The brand new and completely redesigned protection for Android smartphones and tablets was tested on the representative set of 2.947 malicious applications.

The Review also considered power consumption of security applications for Android devices based on average usage where ESET Mobile Security for Android came in among top vendors with maximum 3% battery usage.

The new and rebuilt version of ESET Mobile Security for Android was introduced at the beginning of August 2013 and is being on Google Play now with an average rating of 4.7 stars from 5, backed with nearly 5.000 users.
