Flexera Software Announced as New Member of ESET Technology Alliance

ESET announced today that Flexera Software, global leader in software licensing, compliance, security and installation solutions, expands the scope of ESET Technology Alliance members. As a result of this newly established relationship, existing SMB ESET customers will have the option to add Flexera Software’s Corporate Software Inspector. The security patch management solution for enterprises bolsters clients’ layered security strategies and will be rolled out gradually via their existing ESET resellers throughout Q4 2016.

According to Flexera Software Vulnerability Review 2016, the number of vulnerabilities detected in 2015 was 16,081, discovered in 2,484 applications from 263 vendors. The statistic shows a 39% increase over the course of the five-year trend and a 2% increase from 2014 to 2015.
